By accessing or using Teml, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Teml provides an AI-powered recruitment platform that allows recruiters to create job positions, receive applications, and get AI-assisted analysis of candidate CVs. Job seekers can view and apply to positions without creating an account.

Payment Terms

Job postings are priced at $129 per position. Each payment activates a job posting for a 30-day period. Payments are processed through our payment provider, Polar.sh. All sales are final. Job postings that expire after 30 days will stop accepting new applications, but existing applications remain accessible.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Teml provides AI-powered analysis as a tool to assist in recruitment decisions. AI assessments are not guarantees of candidate suitability. You acknowledge that hiring decisions remain your responsibility. Teml shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
